Creating a life of abundant energy"The more you lose yourself in something bigger than yourself, The quality of your life is a function of the quality of your choices. And, among our most important choices are the choices that impact our energy. You can dramatically increase your energy by asking whether an action you are about to take will add energy or subtract energy. "Will eating this food add energy?" "Will being around this person add energy?" "Will having these thoughts add energy?" Every single thing that we do either adds energy or subtracts it. Increasing your energy will help you to perform better in every aspect of your life.
