Making Blissful Peace Your Foundation

"Peace starts with a smile"
~Mother Teresa~

In a world of loved ones dieing, friends being ill or losing their job, stressful news, traffic jams, hectic travel, and the like, peace can seem so, so elusive. But nothing is more important to everything you do than starting with a foundation of peace.

I am blessed to have two of the very best teachers with regard to finding and maintaining a foundation of blissful peace. One of the teachers lives with me... the other's written words are always with me. Living with me and constantly guiding me to peace is Scotty, a 35 year old wonder who on top of being a role model of being at peace has a smile that would make Mother Theresa proud. And, with me in spirit through his writings is my other great teacher, Dr. Wayne Dyer.

Since Scotty can't talk or write, we will have to rely on the following words of Wayne Dyer as to the 10 Secrets for Inner Peace:

    1. Have a Mind That Is Open to Everything and Attached to Nothing.
    2. Don't Die with Your Music Still in You
    3. You can't Give Away What You Don’t Have
    4. Embrace Silence
    5. Give Up Your Personal History
    6. You Can't Solve a Problem with the Same Mind That Created It
    7. There Are No Justified Resentments
    8. Treat Yourself As If You Already Are What You Would Like to Be
    9. Treasure Your Divinity
    10. Wisdom is Avoiding All Thoughts That Weaken You

Scotty role models so many of these for me that I am getting ever better at living in peace. My hope is that you too can begin to experience all that comes when you build your very own foundation of blissful peace.

I highly recommend that you get Wayne's great little book, 10 Secrets for Success and Inner Peace, that may well be his best book ever. Until you get his book, you may want to consider my thoughts on how to achieve blissful peace.

May peace be with you!
