A New Beginning"There is no higher religion than human service. Happy New Year. May 2005 be a year of peace, harmony and good health for you and your family. In an effort to get my year off to a great start, I have made a commitment to begin publishing what I hope will be a unique monthly newsletter. Every month, I will be sharing with readers thoughts, stories and pictures that I hope will lift your spirits. Just as the Quantum Leap Strategies website has become a very special place – an oasis of peace and possibilities – for guests from around the world, I hope that my newsletter will likely be very special. In a harried world that is too often filled with strife and stress, my newsletter will provide me with a way to share the good that I see through my extensive travels. My newsletters will be brief for I know that all of us, too often, have too little time. But while each issue will be short on words, I hope that each issue will be long on worthwhile ideas that can help you to be the very best that you can be. In the spirit of that purpose, I want to launch this newsletter series by introducing you to a very, very special human being. Tony Melendez was born with what most of us would conclude to be severe handicaps. But, Tony Melendez is an example of what we can do when we choose to rise above our personal "handicaps." Through the power of video over the net, I am pleased to be able to share with you Tony's story in the most moving short video I have ever seen. Tony's story is proof positive that each and every one of us is capable of doing so much more than we believe possible. In coming issues, I will be sharing, with you, ideas on how you can make a quantum leap in that which you accomplish in every aspect of your life. And, as I share my thoughts, I hope you will share yours with me. I welcome your feedback. Best wishes for a spectacular 2005!
