The number is purposely limited so that Dave can devote the effort needed to help this select group be the very best that they can be. Keep in mind that Dave also serves as Managing Partner of Partners for Market Leadership where he serves as lead partner for a handful of clients of that firm.

Because the number of success partners he can personally serve is limited, this service is limited to individuals prepared to demonstrate the following characteristics:

• A personal record of high achievement,
• A strong desire to make a quantum leap in your performance,
• A commitment to be the very best that you can be, and
• An understanding of the philosophy of partnering.

Compensation for Dave Carpenter's serving as your success partner is based on a "partnering" concept. Specifically, the majority of his compensation would be through your sharing, with him, part of the value of that which you achieve with his help.

To evidence your commitment to this "partnering," there is a monthly base fee (payable in advance). Quarterly, you pay an additional amount that is the "sharing of value" that you decide is fair in view of his contribution to your success. Note you are the sole determiner of the value portion of his compensation.

This "partnering relationship" may be cancelled by either party at any time without any penalties of any kind.

This partnering is likely only to be of interest to those high performers who believe that applying quantum leverage could produce significant incremental personal value. Where such value is business related, some or all of your payments may be tax deductible. Because every person's tax situation is unique, you should consult your tax advisor as to your tax treatment of these expenditures.
